Your French Riviera journey is personally accompanied by Huguette Marsicano. The French Riviera is her native region so needless to say she knows every secrets of it. Huguette is a gastronome and international event and lifestyle consultant, with extended experience in her the region. She owns French Moods, a French lifestyle company, and she knows Provence best stories and addresses.

Delicious food and wines are an integral part of this journey, from finest gourmet cuisine to delicious home-cooked fare, our meals are always colorful, authentic and flavorsome and enjoyed in a leisurely French fashion.

DAY 1 : SATURDAY
Arrival at Nice airport or train station, and transfer to the
villa. Meet & greet and welcome dinner.

DAY 2 : SUNDAY
After a home-made breakfast, let’s head for the medieval village of Eze. Stroll the historic streets and discover the trade secrets of perfumes in a guided visit of Fragonard laboratories. Lunch in a gourmet restaurant. Afternoon in Villefranche-sur-mer, a charming village on the water. Home-made dinner.

DAY 3 : MONDAY
After a home made breakfast, visit of Nice, its famous flower market and the Castle Hill for impressive views of the city. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Free afternoon to peruse the popular weekly antique market. Home-made dinner.

DAY 4 : TUESDAY
Home-made breakfast and your first hands-on cooking class based on what we found at the market the day before, followed by a lovely lunch. In the afternoon, visit of an 11th century Franciscan monastery and its stunning gardens overlooking the city. Visit of Matisse Museum. Aperitif and dinner at a gourmet restaurant.

DAY 5 : WEDNESDAY
Home-made breakfast and let’s go for a wine and foodie day ! Discover the olive mill for niçoise olives, taste all their products; Then wine tasting at a Bellet vineyard where we will also share a yummy picnic. Last, visit of the factory and degustation of local candied fruits. Home-made dinner.

DAY 6 : THURSDAY
Home-made breakfast before playing the movie stars in Cannes ! Visit the city, tour the Film Festival Palais, a mythical place to be seen from inside and hop on a boat to reach the Lerins Islands for a leisure lunch, and visit and tasting of the wines made by the monks of Lérins Abbey. Home-made dinner.

DAY 7 : FRIDAY
Escape to Italy today ! After a home-made breakfast, drive to Ventimiglia, visit the city and its famous market. Lunch in an authentic Italian restaurant. Head home after lunch for our second cooking class, aperitif and dinner.

DAY 8 : SATURDAY
Home-made breakfast and head to Monaco for a royal kind of day ! Visit of the Palais and of the Oceanographic Museum. Lunch with a view. Afternoon in Monte-Carlo to see mythical Monaco spots. Home-made dinner.

DAY 9 : SUNDAY
Home-made breakfast. Choice of a leisure day next to the pool or choice of excursions, one is visit to the renowned Chagall Museum. Home-made farewell dinner.

DAY 10 : MONDAY
Home-made breakfast & transfers to Nice airport or train station.

Please note that this trip requires quite a bit of walking.
We do not offer air travel, but we will be happy to assist you in booking your flights for the trip.
