A feast as you would experience in Nice: pissaladière, and “petits farcis” (stuffed vegetables). We are using my Grandma recipes for all these south of France classics!

Pissaladière originates from Nice and makes great summer apéritif fare in addition to being a terrific appetizer or lunch dish. Bathed in sweet onions, this gorgeous tart can be served hot or cold. (pissaladière can be replaced by the REAL salade niçoise if you do not like onions).

The ‘petits farcis” are a perfect opportunity to take advantage of the sun-gorged summer vegetables. Once you know the basic recipe, you can also become more creative with the stuffing and make the mix your own signature stuffing.

This hands-on class last between 2 to 3 hours and is followed by a degustation.
