You can choose from one dish or several dishes. Time and price will vary depending on your choice.

Pissaladière (delicious onion tart wit or without anchovies),
Ratatouille (combines many local vegetables, such as zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, and onions),
Stuffed vegetables (this dish can be vegetarian if needed),
Salade niçoise (one of the best combinations of salad ingredients ever invented),
Pan Bagnat (or “bathed bread”).

If you have a requirement for a French dish that is not listed, just let us know, we might very well be able to accommodate your special request.
